“ Rasta Pasta with Cajun Salmon & Prawns – A Finger-Licking Flavor Explosion! If you’ve never had a plate of food talk to your taste buds, let me introduce you to the Rasta Pasta with Cajun Salmon and Prawns – hands down one of the most flavorful, soul-satisfying dishes I’ve had in a long time. From the very first bite, it was clear this wasn't just a meal—it was an experience. The pasta was perfectly cooked, soaked in a rich, creamy, and slightly spicy Caribbean-inspired sauce that hugged every bite. Bell peppers added that fresh crunch, giving the dish a colorful kick and balance. Now let’s talk about that Cajun salmon on top—whew! Perfectly blackened, tender, juicy, and seasoned to the core. Every flake was packed with smoky spice, and when paired with the creamy pasta? Unmatched! And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, those prawns showed up with their buttery, garlic-kissed flavor, turning this dish into a full-on celebration on a plate. I was tempted to lick the plate clean (and I may or may not have used the last piece of shrimp as a spoon to scoop up every last drop). If you're a fan of bold, layered flavors and love your food with a little kick and a lot of heart, this dish is a must-try. ”
“ Had my hesitation as I’ve ordered here before and the food was ok. My sister and I decided to take our mother out to lunch/brunch here and they didn’t disappoint this time. Our waiter was friendly and pleasant. The food didn’t take long to come out. I ordered the coquito French toast with chicken and it was divine The chicken was definitely fried Guyanese style which was well seasoned and flavorful accompanied by fresh fruits. The shark and plantain were also great and the curry was on the spicy side which was also nice. Overall a 9/10 experience. ”
“ Hollis made the bomb drinks Mango Martinis & Casamigos Margaritas. Trudy was great vibes made sure we were good! Will definitely be back sooner than later ”
“ We stumbled upon Bleu Fin and were instantly captivated. Welcomed warmly by the gracious hosts, we enjoyed great conversation with the owner and her daughter. The atmosphere was down-to-earth and inviting. Starting with Banks beer and transitioning to delicious cocktails, we savored a flavorful fish curry with roti (though a bit small - order two!). Supporting a Guyanese-owned business, especially one run so well, was truly fulfilling. I left wanting to see more of our community thrive like this. A definite return is in the cards. Typing this review, I realize I may have left a piece of my heart at Bleu Fin." Where that laptop was being used. ”
“ I enjoyed the Blue Point Oysters and their French Fries are the best I’ve ever tasted! Her garlic sauce I can eat that with everything I’m going to help her bottle it up and sell it in the store!!! ”
“ Excited to write this review as I had the Bleu Fin on my saved list for some time now. Decided to co for the last day of restaurant week and it did not DISAPPOINT! I had the fish bowl, crab cakes, and lobster rasta pasta. My friend had the seafood linguine and a Dusse cocktail. Drinks, food, atmosphere was all above our expectations. DEFINITELY A 10/10!!! Can't wait to visit for happy hour ”
“ Bleu Fin is a true gem for anyone craving authentic Guyanese cuisine. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. I started with the Oxtail Egg Rolls, which were absolutely divine. The oxtail was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the crispy egg roll wrapper provided the perfect contrast. They were a delicious and unique twist on a classic appetizer. Next, I tried the Calamari, and it was some of the best I've had. Perfectly cooked, it wasn't rubbery at all, and the accompanying dipping sauce had a nice kick. To quench my thirst, I ordered the Blue Mojito. It was refreshing and beautifully presented, with a vibrant blue hue and the perfect balance of mint, lime, and rum. The service was also top-notch – friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, Bleu Fin offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back! ”
